Jag has 6 years’ experience in group fitness and coaching. Even when leading classes with 30 people, he motivates and coaches like it’s 1-on-1 training. With boxing, kickboxing and five years’ experience in Muay Thai Boxing, his intensity is contagious, and he’ll motivate you to push your limits. He also uses his group training and coaching methods to take a compassionate approaching to training and to breaking down important concepts. Jag is dedicated to focusing on body, mind and soul, and he’ll guide you through breaking down mental barriers to achieve the goals you never thought possible.
