Certified Trainer & Coach
Shaun’s passion for fitness started with Taekwondo in 2002. Through focusing on technique and committing to be the best martial artist possible, he took on weight training in 2009 – and that’s when he expanded his passion for fitness to the art of health and wellness. He has held the rank of National heavyweight champion seven times and international heavyweight champion three times. Shaun brings unique experience from high performance sport, injury rehabilitation and cardio and weight training.
Shaun is constantly setting and achieving goals for himself and thrives in environment where he’s helping others do the same. What he finds most gratifying is training with those returning from an injury or striving for excessive weight loss; his vocation is guiding people through transformation and his drive is ignited by hearing their success stories.
“Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in the world they've been given than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact. It's an opinion. Impossible is not a declaration. It's a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing”
